These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which My PESP Consultancy (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides consultancy, training behavioral support, and related services. By commissioning our services, youthe client”, “you”, “your”) agree to abide by these terms. Please ensure you read and understand them before proceeding. Your with us signifies acceptance of these conditions.

Danniel De Melo

Danielle is our Organisational Psychology and Enablement & Quality of Life Consultant. She has a background in psychology and a master’s in Organisational Psychology, focusing on how systems, teams, and everyday environments can help people thrive.

She began her career with PESP as a support worker, and that hands on experience continues to shape her approach. Danielle combines practical insight with a strong understanding of motivation, learning, and person‑centred design. This enables her to develop support that builds skills, confidence, and meaningful routines, while making sure the systems around each person are consistent, supportive, and aligned with their strengths and goals. She is committed to improving quality of life for people with learning disabilities and ASD, guided by the belief that with the right environment and well-designed support, people can flourish.

Amanda Graham

Amanda Nolletti is a driven, forward-thinking professional with 12 years' experience supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Amanda’s background is in children’s services and education where she led the special needs provision in mainstream schools, as well as working in specialist provisions for complex needs. Amanda supported young people to transition from children to adult services and became involved in adult social care full time from 2018.

 

Amanda uses her educational background and training to lead all systems relating to improving quality of life outcomes and developing individual’s skills through person centred active support, lifelong learning programs as well as creatively finding vocation opportunities.

 

In 2020, Amanda studied a post graduate certificate in Trauma-informed Care and is leading My Pesp CIC’s journey to become a fully trauma-informed organisation.

Simran 

Simran is a skilled and qualified consultant with a strong foundation in psychology and a values-led approach to supporting neurodivergent individuals. With over six years of experience in social care, she has progressed from direct support roles into a specialist consultancy position, bringing both frontline insight and strategic expertise to her work.

Qualified in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), she has worked as a consultant across My PESP CIC, supporting teams to develop high-quality, person-centred approaches that prioritise wellbeing, emotional understanding, and quality of life. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of trauma, neurodivergence, and the complex interplay between behaviour and underlying emotional needs.

She is passionate about working collaboratively with families and teams, building psychologically safe environments, and translating complex psychological concepts into practical, meaningful strategies that enhance everyday experiences and achieve long-term outcomes.

  • 45p per mile

  • £30 flat rate for travel time on journeys over 10 miles from the Eastbourne office

 

Training Courses

  • Bespoke training priced individually

  • 4‑hour course: £350

  • 8‑hour course: £650

Personal Assistant Support

  • Fully skilled PA support

  • £27 per hour for the first 1–4 hours

  • £23 per hour for any hours beyond 4

Reduced Rates Clause

Reduced rates may be available for individuals or organisations with social‑impact aims or low‑income needs. These can be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis.
