We expect a lot from our staff and want to reward them properly, first by offering attractive pay and benefits. Life Development Coaches will receive a starting pay rate of £9.25 per hour, increasing to £9.50 after 3 months’ probation with clear progression to higher rates for key workers, shift leaders and managers and enhanced hourly rates for weekends and bank holidays.
